EQS-Ad-hoc: net digital AG / Key word(s): Change in Forecast/Miscellaneous Publication of Insider Information pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 net digital AG raises 2025 revenue and EBITDA forecast Düsseldorf, 14 May 2025 – The Management Board of net digital AG (ISIN: DE000A2BPK34, Ticker: VRL) today raised its full-year forecast after analyzing the company’s financial performance during the first months of 2025."Driven by strong developments, particularly in the areas of communication and service aggregation, the company now expects full-year revenues to range between EUR 18 and 20 million, up from the previously forecasted EUR 14 to 15.5 million. The EBITDA forecast has also been increased to between EUR 1.2 and 1.6 million, compared to the prior estimate of EUR 0.7 to 1.0 million.
