EQS-Adhoc: net digital AG erhöht Jahresprognose für Umsatz und EBITDA 2025 erneut

Oktober 2025 – Der Vorstand der net digital AG (ISIN: DE000A2BPK34, Ticker: VRL) hebt die Prognose für Umsatz und Ergebnis im Geschäftsjahr 2025 erneut an. Nach Analyse des bisherigen Geschäftsverlaufs 2025 sowie einer aktualisierten Hochrechnung für das Gesamtjahr wird nunmehr ein Gesamtjahresumsatz in einer Spanne von 33,0 und 35,0 Mio. EUR erwartet nach zuvor prognostizierten 23,0 bis 27,0 Mio. EUR. Die Prognose für das EBITDA im Gesamtjahr 2025 wird ebenfalls deutlich erhöht auf 3,6 bis 4,0 Mio. EUR nach zuvor avisierten 2,2 bis 2,7 Mio. EUR (vgl. Ad hoc vom 28. Juli 2025). Treiber der positiven Entwicklung sind besonders die Bereiche Abrechnungsdienstleitungen, Kommunikation und Serviceaggregation.
