Oktober 2025 – Die net digital AG (ISIN: DE000A2BPK34, Ticker Symbol: VRL) berichtet über eine erfolgreiche außerordentliche Hauptversammlung am heutigen Tage. Die Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre des Unternehmens haben dem einzigen Tagesordnungspunkt, dem Abschluss eines Beherrschungs- und Gewinnabführungsvertrags mit der Mobile Business Engine GmbH, einstimmig zugestimmt. Der Vertrag dient auch der Herstellung einer körperschaftsteuerlichen und gewerbesteuerlichen Organschaft. Er bedarf nun noch der Zustimmung der Gesellschafterversammlung der Mobile Business Engine GmbH sowie der Eintragung ins Handelsregister. Insgesamt waren auf der außerordentlichen Hauptversammlung rd. 60 % des stimmberechtigten Grundkapitals vertreten.
