EQS-Ad-hoc: DF Deutsche Forfait AG / Schlagwort(e): Sonstiges Änderung in der Aktionärsstruktur Köln, 03. April 2025 – Die DF Deutsche Forfait AG (ISIN: DE000A2AA204) (DF AG) wurde darüber informiert, dass die Trade Finance Solutions s.r.o. 1.907.544 Aktien der DF AG übernommen hat (das entspricht einem Anteil von ca. 16,05 % des Grundkapitals der DF AG). Herrn Dr. Heinrich Schulz sind diese 1.907.544 Aktien der DF AG als beherrschender Person der Trade Finance Solutions s.r.o. zuzurechnen. Die Meldeschwellen von 3%, 5%, 10 % und 15 % gem. § 33 WpHG wurden am 28.03.2025 überschritten. Zugleich hat Herr Dr. Shahab Manzouri der DF AG mitgeteilt, dass er am 28.03.2025 die Meldeschwelle von 75 % unterschritten hat und nun 7.526.882 Aktien der DF AG hält, was einem Anteil von ca. 63,32 % des Grundkapitals der DF AG entspricht.
