MPH Health Care AG veröffentlicht Geschäftszahlen für Q1/2026 Periodenergebnis im ersten Quartal 2026 durch nicht liquiditätswirksame Fair-Value-Effekte geprägt – Bilanz und operatives Geschäft weiterhin sehr solide
Berlin, 10. Juni 2026 – Die MPH Health Care AG (ISIN: DE000A289V03) gibt heute das vorläufige IFRS-Konzernergebnis für das erste Quartal 2026 bekannt. Gestützt auf die solide Substanz und die starke operative Entwicklung der Kernbeteiligung M1 Kliniken AG schlagen Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat der Hauptversammlung am 9. Juli 2026 eine Anhebung der Dividende auf 5,00 Euro je Aktie vor. Der Periodenfehlbetrag von 52,0 Mio. Euro resultiert im Wesentlichen aus der bilanziellen Stichtagsbewertung der börsennotierten Beteiligungen, die nicht liquiditätswirksam ist. Als Investmentgesellschaft bewertet die MPH ihre unter „Finanzanlagen” ausgewiesenen Beteiligungen zum Bilanzstichtag erfolgswirksam zum beizulegenden Zeitwert („at fair value through profit or loss”). Der Aktienkurs der MPH AG entwickelte sich von 22,00 Euro (31.12.2025) auf 18,90 Euro (31.03.2026); zum 8. Juni 2026 lag der Xetra-Schlusskurs bei 28,40 Euro. Ausblick Die M1 Kliniken AG setzt ihren profitablen Wachstumskurs mit der Expansion nationaler und internationaler Fachzentren fort. Für das Beauty-Segment strebt das Unternehmen bis 2029 einen Umsatz von 200 bis 300 Mio. Euro bei einer nachhaltigen EBIT-Marge von mindestens 20 % an, mit dem Ziel, M1 Med Beauty als weltweit führende Marke für ästhetische Medizin zu etablieren. Hiervon wird auch die MPH Health Care AG langfristig profitieren.
