CGM plant Verdopplung der Dividende Koblenz. Die persönlich haftende Gesellschafterin der CompuGroup Medical SE & Co. KGaA (CGM) beabsichtigt, die Dividende nachhaltig auf ein höheres Niveau anzuheben. Sie plant daher, der Hauptversammlung für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 eine Dividende von 1,00 Euro je Aktie vorzuschlagen. Basierend auf aktuell 52,2 Millionen dividendenberechtigten Aktien würde sich der Gesamtbetrag der Dividenden auf EUR 52,2 Mio. (Vj. EUR 26,1 Mio.) verdoppeln. Bezogen auf den Jahresschlusskurs 2023 (Xetra-Schlusskurs vom 29.12.2023: EUR 37,90) entspricht dieser Vorschlag einer Dividendenrendite von 2,6 Prozent. “Die Resilienz unseres Geschäftsmodells und das gesteigerte Free-Cash-Flow Profil ermöglichen es, das Dividendenniveau für unsere Aktionäre nachhaltig zu erhöhen und zugleich weiterhin in zukünftiges Wachstum zu investieren.“, kommentiert Michael Rauch, CEO von CompuGroup Medical. Die vorläufigen Zahlen für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 und die Prognose für 2024 wurden bereits am 7. Februar 2024 bekannt gegeben. Der vollständige Geschäftsbericht wird am 28. März 2024 auf der Website des Unternehmens unter Investor Relations veröffentlicht. Auf Basis der endgültigen Geschäftszahlen für das Geschäftsjahr werden die persönlich haftende Gesellschafterin und der Aufsichtsrat der Gesellschaft über ihren endgültigen Dividendenvorschlag an die Hauptversammlung entscheiden.
