Die Branicks Group AG (ISIN: DE000A1X3XX4) („Branicks“) hat heute die bestehende Stillhaltevereinbarung mit den wesentlichen Gläubigern der Schuldscheindarlehen mit Fälligkeiten im März und April 2026 im Gesamtnennbetrag von EUR 87,0 Mio. kurzfristig bis zum 27. Juli 2026 verlängert. Hintergrund ist der gegenwärtige Stand der Verhandlungen mit den Gläubigern der Schuldscheindarlehen sowie den Anleihegläubigern über die Refinanzierung und Restrukturierung insbesondere der im Jahr 2026 fällig werdenden Finanzverbindlichkeiten, für die in vollem Umfang eine Laufzeitverlängerung bis zum zweiten Halbjahr 2030 angestrebt wird.
