Oktober 2026. Die Branicks Group AG (ISIN: DE000A1X3XX4 und DE000A41YEE3) informiert: Die heutige Hauptversammlung der Gesellschaft hat den Beschlussvorschlag der Verwaltung zu Tagesordnungspunkt 4 (Zustimmung zu Beraterverträgen) nicht mit der erforderlichen Mehrheit angenommen. Zudem haben die Aufsichtsratskandidaten Dr. Matthias Danne und Dr. Johannes Conradi erklärt, dass sie die Wahl in den Aufsichtsrat noch nicht annehmen, sondern sich die Ablehnung vorbehalten. Damit ist eine wesentliche Vollzugsbedingung für die Umsetzung des mit Ad hoc Mitteilung vom 30. Juli 2026 bekanntgemachten Sanierungskonzepts nicht eingetreten. Die Gesellschaft prüft derzeit die nächsten Schritte und Optionen. Sollte keine Lösung mit den wesentlichen Gläubigern der Gesellschaft gefunden werden, ist der Fortbestand der Gesellschaft unmittelbar gefährdet. Die Gesellschaft wird den Kapitalmarkt über den weiteren Fortgang entsprechend der gesetzlichen Pflichten rechtzeitig informieren.
