EQS-Ad-hoc: Branicks Group AG / Schlagwort(e): Sonstiges Frankfurt am Main, 15. Oktober 2026. Die Branicks Group AG (ISIN: DE000A1X3XX4 und DE000A41YEE3) hat eine Einigung mit den wesentlichen Gläubigern erzielt, dass das mit Ad hoc Mitteilung vom 30. Juli 2026 bekanntgemachte Sanierungskonzept trotz der Ablehnung von Tagesordnungspunkt 4 (Zustimmung zu Beraterverträgen) durch die außerordentliche Hauptversammlung am 9. Oktober 2026 vollzogen werden kann. Zudem haben die von dieser Hauptversammlung unter Tagesordnungspunkt 3 (Nachwahlen in den Aufsichtsrat) gewählten Aufsichtsratskandidaten Dr. Matthias Danne und Dr. Johannes Conradi ihre Wahl jeweils angenommen. Es ist vorgesehen, dass Herr Dr. Matthias Danne dem Aufsichtsrat als Kandidat für den Aufsichtsratsvorsitz und Herr Dr. Johannes Conradi als dessen Stellvertreter vorgeschlagen werden. Damit sind beide Hindernisse ausgeräumt, über die die Gesellschaft am 9. Oktober 2026 informiert hatte und wesentliche Vollzugsbedingungen für die Umsetzung des mit Ad hoc Mitteilung vom 30. Juli 2026 bekanntgemachten Sanierungskonzepts eingetreten. Die Gesellschaft geht davon aus, dass auch alle weiteren Vollzugsvoraussetzungen plangemäß eintreten werden, so dass das Sanierungskonzept wie geplant am 31. Dezember 2026, spätestens am 31. März 2027, umgesetzt wird.
