Frankfurt, 07. 07. 2025 – Die Branicks Group AG („Branicks“), ISIN: DE000A1X3XX4, bündelt das Geschäft mit institutionellen Investoren des Konzerns (Institutional Business) konzernintern bei der VIB Vermögen AG (VIB). Durch die heute mit der VIB Vermögen AG vereinbarte Übertragung des Geschäfts von der Branicks Group AG auf die voll konsolidierte VIB Vermögen AG ist eine Reduzierung der Komplexität der Gesellschafterstruktur im Konzern beabsichtigt. Das Volumen der Übertragung liegt bei rund 360 Mio. EUR. Für das Commercial Portfolio der Branicks Group AG gibt es keine Veränderungen. Der Vollzug der Transaktion steht noch unter üblichen, rein formalen Vollzugsvoraussetzungen. Branicks und VIB haben vereinbart, dass mit Vollzug der Übertragung sämtliche Forderungen der VIB Vermögen AG gegenüber der Branicks Group AG aus dem am 7. Juli 2023 von der VIB Vermögen AG an die Branicks Group AG gewährten Darlehen in Höhe von rund 300 Mio. EUR verrechnet werden. Ende der Insiderinformation
