September 2026 – Die Umfirmierung der bisherigen MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG in MPC Oceanic Group AG wurde heute in das Handelsregister eingetragen und ist damit wirksam. Die Hauptversammlung hatte der Namensänderung am 28. August 2026 zugestimmt. Die Aktie der Gesellschaft ist weiterhin im Segment Scale der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse (Deutsche Börse) notiert. Die ISIN DE000A1TNWJ4 und die WKN A1TNWJ bleiben unverändert; das Börsenkürzel ändert sich in MPCG. Mit der neuen Firmierung unterstreicht die MPC Oceanic Group ihre Positionierung als integrierte Investment- und Betreibergruppe für maritime und Energieinfrastruktur.
