EQS-Ad-hoc: Fonterelli GmbH & Co KGaA / Schlagwort(e): Jahresergebnis Die Fonterelli GmbH & Co. KGaA erzielte im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr 2023/2024 (30. Juni) bei einem Umsatz von 542 TEUR (VJ: 1.019 TEUR) einen Jahresfehlbetrag von 1.902 TEUR (VJ: + 170 TEUR). Das bilanzielle Eigenkapital reduziert sich auf 3.260 TEUR (VJ: 5.245 TEUR). Im Berichtsjahr wurden Abschreibungen auf Finanzanlagen und auf Wertpapiere des Umlaufvermögens und Wertberichtigungen auf Forderungen in Höhe von 1.952 TEUR vorgenommen. Der Betrag beinhaltet eine zusätzliche Risikovorsorge vor allem infolge anhaltender schwieriger Marktbedingungen im Bereich der Immobilienprojektentwicklung.
