März 2025 – Der Aufsichtsrat der centrotherm international AG, Blaubeuren, (ISIN: DE000A1TNMM9 und DE000A1TNMN7) hat in seiner heutigen Aufsichtsratssitzung einstimmig beschlossen, die ursprünglich am 31. Mai 2026 endende Amtszeit von Jan von Schuckmann als Vorstandsvorsitzenden vorzeitig zu verlängern. Dazu wird in beiderseitigem Einvernehmen der bestehende Vorstandsdienstvertrag formal mit Wirkung zum 31. März 2025 beendet und für die Zeit vom 1. April 2025 bis zum 31. März 2030 ein neuer Vorstandsdienstvertrag abgeschlossen.
