Blaubeuren, 11. März 2025 – Der Vorstand der centrotherm international AG, Blaubeuren, (ISIN: DE000A1TNMM9 und DE000A1TNMN7) geht nach den heute vorliegenden vorläufigen Zahlen für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 davon aus, dass die Ergebnisprognose eines positiven Konzern-EBITDA (Ergebnis vor Abschreibungen, Finanzergebnis und Steuern) für 2024 im niedrigen zweistelligen Millionen-Euro-Bereich übertroffen wurde und das Konzern-EBITDA voraussichtlich bei ca. 39 Mio. EUR liegen wird. Wesentlich beigetragen zu dieser positiven Ergebnisentwicklung haben die höher als erwartete Anzahl von Kundenabnahmen bis zum Jahresende 2024, die zu einem entsprechenden Umsatzzuwachs führte, sowie eine Verbesserung der operativen Marge des centrotherm-Konzerns. In Bezug auf die weiteren Prognosen für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 wird die Konzerngesamtleistung mit ca. 290 Mio. EUR den oberen Rand der Spanne von 200 Mio. EUR bis 300 Mio. EUR erreichen. Der Auftragseingang liegt bei über 164 Mio. EUR und bewegt sich damit im Rahmen der Anfang November 2024 angepassten Prognose von 150 Mio. EUR bis 180 Mio. EUR. Der Konzernabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 wurde bisher weder vom Vorstand aufgestellt noch durch den Abschlussprüfer geprüft. Die Veröffentlichung des Geschäftsberichts ist für den 30. April 2025 vorgesehen.
