EQS-Ad-hoc: HUGO BOSS AG / Schlagwort(e): Kapitalmaßnahmen / Aktienrückkäufe/Dividenden Der Vorstand der HUGO BOSS AG hat heute ein Aktienrückkaufprogramm von bis zu 200 Mio. EUR beschlossen, das bis zum 31. Dezember 2027 läuft. Weitere Details zum Aktienrückkaufprogramm, einschließlich des genauen Startdatums, werden gemäß den gesetzlichen Vorgaben vor Beginn des Programms bekannt gegeben. Der Rückkauf soll aus der fortgesetzten Free-Cashflow-Generierung des Unternehmens finanziert werden. HUGO BOSS beabsichtigt, die zurückgekauften Aktien einzuziehen.
Im Zusammenhang mit dieser Entscheidung werden der Vorstand und der Aufsichtsrat der Hauptversammlung eine Ausschüttung der gesetzlichen Mindestdividende von 0,04 EUR je Aktie für das Geschäftsjahr 2025 vorschlagen (2024: 1,40 EUR). Zusammen sollen die vorgeschlagene Mindestdividende und das Aktienrückkaufprogramm über den Zeitraum bis zum 31. Dezember 2027 eine durchschnittliche jährliche Aktionärsrendite erzielen, die in etwa dem für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 ausgeschütteten Niveau entspricht. Gleichzeitig stärkt dieser Ansatz die finanzielle Flexibilität des Unternehmens und unterstützt eine nachhaltige, langfristige Wertschaffung.
