September 2026 HUGO BOSS BEENDET AKTIENRÜCKKAUFPROGRAMM Der Vorstand der HUGO BOSS AG hat heute beschlossen, das am 24. August 2026 gestartete Aktienrückkaufprogramm der Gesellschaft mit Ablauf des 8. September 2026 bis auf Weiteres zu beenden. Seit Beginn des Programms hat HUGO BOSS im Zeitraum vom 24. August 2026 bis einschließlich 1. September 2026 124.044 Aktien zu einem Gesamtbetrag von rund 4,8 Mio. EUR zurückgekauft. Die Entscheidung folgt der heutigen Erklärung der Frasers Group, in der sie beabsichtigen, ihren Anteil an HUGO BOSS auf über 50 % zu erhöhen sowie die Unterstützung für Stephan Sturm, den Vorsitzenden des Aufsichtsrats von HUGO BOSS, zu überprüfen. Das Unternehmen ist weiterhin von seiner Strategie und seinem langfristigen Wertschöpfungspotenzial überzeugt. Der Kapitalallokationsrahmen bleibt unverändert, und der Vorstand wird die Wiederaufnahme eines Aktienrückkaufprogramms zu gegebener Zeit prüfen.
