STAHL Aufsichtsrat wählt Prof. Dr. Peter Hofmann zum neuen Vorsitzenden Waldenburg, 06.02.2026 – In seiner heutigen Sitzung hat der Aufsichtsrat der R. STAHL AG die Positionen des Vorsitzenden und stellvertretenden Vorsitzenden neu gewählt. Die Neuwahl wurde notwendig, nachdem der Aufsichtsrat den bisherigen Vorsitzenden Herrn Peter Leischner aufgrund unterschiedlicher Sichtweisen über die zukünftige Arbeit des Aufsichtsrats in derselben Sitzung zuvor von seinem Amt als Aufsichtsratsvorsitzenden abgewählt hat. Mit sofortiger Wirkung hat das Organ Herrn Prof. Dr. Peter Hofmann zum neuen Vorsitzenden und Herrn Dennis Stahl zu seinem Stellvertreter gewählt. Entsprechend der Satzung des Unternehmens erfolgte die Wahl für die restliche Amtsdauer, d.h. bis zum Ablauf der Hauptversammlung 2028. Herr Prof. Dr. Hofmann ist seit 2021 ordentliches Mitglied des Aufsichtsrates, Herr Stahl wurde 2023 in den Aufsichtsrat gewählt.
