More Impact AG: Patente für innovative Technologien für Rauchalternativen nun rechtskräftig Frankfurt am Main, 15. September 2025 – Die More Impact AG (ISIN: DE000A1PG979, "More Impact") hat die Mitteilung erhalten, dass zwei ihrer Patente nun rechtskräftig erteilt sind. Die beiden ältesten, zum Patent angemeldeten Erfindungen der Tochtergesellschaft BG Braingate Technology GmbH wurden erwartungsgemäß bereits am 30. Oktober 2024 in vollem, beantragtem Umfang als europäische Patente mit einheitlicher Wirkung (Einheitspatent) erteilt. Da die Einspruchsfrist inzwischen abgelaufen ist und keine Einsprüche durch Dritte eingereicht wurden, sind die Patenterteilungen nun auch rechtskräftig. Die Patente beziehen sich auf die von der BG Braingate Technology entwickelten Zigaretten-Präparations- und -heizvorrichtungen. Mit diesen Verfahren werden unter anderem die Inhaltsstoffe von Zigaretten oder anderen Materialien schonend erhitzt und können individuell dosiert werden.
