More Impact AG mit Veränderungen im Vorstand: Kai Maximilian Keller folgt auf Dr. Gerald Schüssel als Vorstand
Frankfurt am Main, 8. September 2026 – Der Aufsichtsrat der More Impact AG (ISIN: DE000A1PG979, "More Impact") hat Kai Maximilian Keller mit Wirkung zum 9. September 2026 zum Alleinvorstand des Unternehmens bestellt. Er folgt auf Dr. Gerald Schüssel, dessen Vorstandsmandat planmäßig endet. Mit Kai Maximilian Keller gewinnt More Impact einen erfahrenen Manager aus dem Life Sciences-Bereich, der die Entwicklung des Unternehmens gestalten und fortführen wird. Mittelfristig plant More Impact eine weitere Stärkung ihrer Führungsebene, um die Expansion des Unternehmens als High-Tech Medical-Hub weiter zu forcieren. Dr. Gerald Schüssel wird bis Ende November 2026 planmäßig bei der Gesellschaft tätig bleiben und seinen Nachfolger bei der Einarbeitung sowie der geordneten Übergabe der laufenden Themen begleiten. Der Aufsichtsrat dankt Dr. Gerald Schüssel für seine Arbeit in den vergangenen zwei Jahren.
