More Impact AG: Hauptversammlung stimmt allen Tagesordnungspunkten mit nahezu 100 % der Stimmen zu Frankfurt am Main, 21. August 2025 – Die Aktionäre der More Impact AG (ISIN: DE000A1PG979, "More Impact") haben auf der heutigen ordentlichen Hauptversammlung allen Tagesordnungspunkten mit großer Mehrheit zugestimmt. Sämtliche Tagesordnungspunkte wurden mit nahezu 100 % der Stimmen (10 Nein-Stimmen, 172.038.888 Ja-Stimmen) verabschiedet. So wurden u. a. Prof. Dr. Stefan Hegemann und Prof. Dr. Zoltán Zomotor neu in den Aufsichtsrat gewählt. Des Weiteren wurde die Schaffung eines neuen Genehmigten Kapitals 2025 für eventuelle Bar- oder Sachkapitalerhöhungen mit der Möglichkeit zum Bezugsrechtsausschluss beschlossen. Zudem wurde der Vorstand ermächtigt, mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats bis 2030 einmalig oder mehrfach Wandel- und/oder Optionsschuldverschreibungen oder Genussrechte mit oder ohne Wandlungs- oder Bezugsrechte im Gesamtnennbetrag von bis zu 250 Mio. EUR auszugeben. Insgesamt waren 65,91 % des stimmberechtigten Grundkapitals auf der Hauptversammlung vertreten.
