Oktober 2026 – Die GESCO SE („GESCO“) hat heute einen Kaufvertrag über den Erwerb sämtlicher Anteile an der ARKU Maschinenbau GmbH („ARKU“) mit Sitz in Baden-Baden unterzeichnet. ARKU ist ein international tätiger Spezialist für Präzisionsricht-, Entgratmaschinen und Bandanlagen. Weltweit beschäftigt die ARKU-Gruppe aktuell 189 Mitarbeitende und wird im Jahr 2026 voraussichtlich einen Umsatz von über 50 Mio. € erzielen. Für das Geschäftsjahr 2026 rechnet der Vorstand aus der Transaktion mit einem zusätzlichen Konzernumsatz von ca. 10 – 13 Mio. €, da die Erstkonsolidierung zum 1. Oktober 2026 erfolgen wird. Ein wesentlicher Ergebnisbeitrag zum Konzernergebnis nach Anteilen Dritter für das Geschäftsjahr 2026 wird nicht erwartet, da dem Ergebnisbeitrag der ARKU im vierten Quartal 2026 Effekte aus Erstkonsolidierung und Transaktionskosten gegenüberstehen. Der Vorstand hebt deshalb die Umsatzprognose für das Geschäftsjahr 2026 leicht von bisher 515 – 530 Mio. € auf 525 – 543 Mio. an. Die Prognose für das Konzernergebnis bleibt in der Bandbreite von 15 – 20 Mio. €. Über die Höhe des Kaufpreises wurde von beiden Vertragsparteien Stillschweigen vereinbart.
