Februar 2025 Der Vorstandsvorsitzende Herr Guido Grandi legt wegen strategischer Differenzen zur weiteren Ausrichtung des Unternehmens zum Ablauf des 17. Februar 2025 sein Vorstandsmandat und die Position als Vorstandsvorsitzender der NORMA Group SE (ISIN DE 000A1H8BV3 / WKN A1H8BV, "NORMA Group") nieder.
Der Aufsichtsrat wird eine strukturiere Suche nach einem oder einer neuen Vorstandsvorsitzenden durchführen. Für den Übergangszeitraum von maximal einem Jahr wird der bisherige Aufsichtsratsvorsitzende der NORMA Group, Herr Mark Wilhelms, neuer Vorstandsvorsitzender der NORMA Group. Neue Vorsitzende des Aufsichtsrats der NORMA Group wird für die Übergangszeit Frau Kerstin Müller-Kirchhofs. Herr Wilhelms und Frau Müller-Kirchhofs werden ihre jeweiligen neuen Positionen mit Wirkung ab dem 18. Februar 2025 antreten.
