April 2026 – Der Vorstand und der Aufsichtsrat der clearvise AG (WKN A1EWXA / ISIN DE000A1EWXA4) haben heute beschlossen, den Bilanzgewinn für das Geschäftsjahr 2025 in Höhe von EUR 3.550k vollständig vorzutragen und der Hauptversammlung vorerst keine Dividendenausschüttung an die Aktionäre vorzuschlagen. Hintergrund ist, dass Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat die Entscheidung über eine mögliche Dividendenausschüttung in der diesjährigen ordentlichen Hauptversammlung zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt überprüfen möchten.
Um eine fundiertere Einschätzung über die Möglichkeit einer Dividendenausschüttung und ihre Höhe vor Einberufung der Hauptversammlung treffen zu können, wird die ordentliche Hauptversammlung voraussichtlich auf den 31. August 2026 verschoben. Die Terminverschiebung ermöglicht es im Interesse der Aktionäre, Fortschritte bei den genannten Faktoren abzuwarten und auf dieser Basis gegebenenfalls erneut über die Verwendung des Bilanzgewinns für das abgelaufene Geschäftsjahr zu entscheiden.
