EQS-Ad-hoc: DocCheck AG / Schlagwort(e): Vorläufiges Ergebnis Die DocCheck Gruppe (ISIN DE000A1A6WE6) gibt heute vorläufige Zahlen für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 bekannt.
Die Umsatzerlöse im Geschäftsjahr 2024 liegen voraussichtlich in einem Korridor von 53,6 bis 53,8 Millionen Euro (Vorjahr: 53.4 Millionen Euro). Das voraussichtliche EBIT liegt zwischen 6,2 und 6,5 Millionen Euro (Vorjahr: 3.5 Millionen Euro). Umsatz und EBIT liegen damit über dem Korridor der zum Halbjahr angepassten Prognose mit 48,0 bis 52,0 Millionen Euro für den Umsatz beziehungsweise 3,5 bis 4,5 Millionen Euro für das EBIT. Maßgeblich dafür ist ein besser als erwarteter Geschäftsverlauf im vierten Quartal 2024.
Zum Ende des Jahrs 2024 betrugen die Liquiden Mittel des Konzerns 17,0 Millionen Euro (Vorjahr: 14,4 Millionen Euro).
Bezüglich des Ergebnisses pro Aktie (Vorjahr: 0,45 Euro unverwässert) kann die Gesellschaft zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt keine Aussage treffen, da die dazu erforderlichen Berechnungen noch vorgenommen werden müssen.
Auch für das Jahr 2025 erwartet die Gesellschaft eine organische Entwicklung in einem gesamtwirtschaftlich herausfordernden Geschäftsumfeld.
