EQS-Ad-hoc: KPS AG / Schlagwort(e): Prognoseänderung KPS AG: Anpassung der Umsatz- und Ergebnisprognose für das Geschäftsjahr 2024/2025 Die KPS AG (WKN A1A6V4 / ISIN DE000A1A6V48) passt vor dem Hintergrund einer zunehmenden Nachfrageschwäche im Handel ihre Umsatz- und EBITDA-Prognose für das Geschäftsjahr 2024/2025 an. Demnach geht der Vorstand der KPS AG nun davon aus, dass die Umsatzerlöse (Konzern) im Geschäftsjahr 2024/2025 zwischen 118,0 Mio. € und 122,0 Mio. € liegen werden. Daneben soll das EBITDA (Konzern) nunmehr voraussichtlich 4,1 Mio. € bis 6,1 Mio. € betragen. Grund hierfür ist, dass sich die Investitionsbereitschaft im Handel weiter eingetrübt hat und Handelskunden Projekte in das Jahr 2026 verschieben. In diesem Zusammenhang hat die KPS gezielte Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung und Realisierung von Kostensenkungen eingeleitet, die kurzfristig das Ergebnis für das Geschäftsjahr 2024/2025 belasten werden. Zuvor war der Vorstand davon ausgegangen, dass die Umsatzerlöse im Geschäftsjahr 2024/2025 zwischen 129,5 Mio. € und 151,5 Mio. € liegen werden.
