EQS-Ad-hoc: Shareholder Value Beteiligungen AG / Schlagwort(e): Aktienrückkauf Die Shareholder Value Beteiligungen AG („SVB AG“), Frankfurt, hat ihr Aktienrückkaufprogramm erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Der SVB AG wurden im Rahmen des Aktienrückkaufangebotes insgesamt 17.915 Stückaktien angedient. Die Gesellschaft hat von der in den Angebotsbedingungen vorgesehenen Angebotserhöhung Gebrauch gemacht und alle zum Erwerb eingereichten Aktien zu einem Preis von 91,00 Euro je Aktie übernommen. Dies entspricht 2,57% Prozent des Grundkapitals der Gesellschaft.
