Die Shareholder Value Beteiligungen AG gibt bekannt, dass in der Hauptversammlung vom 12. Juni 2025 Herr David Bienbeck zum Mitglied des Aufsichtsrates bestellt wurde. In der konstituierenden Sitzung des Aufsichtsrates im Anschluss wurde Herr Dr. Michael Drill zum neuen Vorsitzenden des Aufsichtsrates bestellt. Außerdem wurde in dieser Sitzung Herr Dr. Helmut Fink zum Mitglied des Vorstandes der Gesellschaft bestellt.
