EQS-Ad-hoc: SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG / Schlagwort(e): Vorläufiges Ergebnis Veröffentlichung einer Insiderinformation gemäß Artikel 17 MAR SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES meldet vorläufige Zahlen für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 Kahl am Main, den 12. März 2025 – Die SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG hat im Geschäftsjahr 2024 unter weiterhin herausfordernden globalen Rahmenbedingungen Umsatzerlöse in Höhe von 75,9 Mio. € erzielt (Vorjahr: 73,2 Mio. €). Das EBIT verbesserte sich auf -0,7 Mio. € (Vorjahr: -10,1 Mio. €). Das EBITDA lag bei 1,9 Mio. € (Vorjahr -7,3 Mio. €). Die Bruttomarge konnte deutlich auf 33,6 % (Vorjahr: 22,3 %) gesteigert werden. Positiv entwickelt hat sich im Berichtsjahr der Auftragseingang mit insgesamt 77,2 Mio. € (Vorjahr: 43,1 Mio. €). Der Auftragsbestand zum 31. Dezember 2024 lag bei 77,4 Mio. € (Vorjahr: 76,1 Mio. €). Insgesamt hat die Gesellschaft im Geschäftsjahr 2024 ihren wirtschaftlichen Break-even deutlich senken und die Nettoverschuldung weiter reduzieren können. Der geprüfte Jahresabschluss wird von SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES am 28. März 2025 veröffentlicht und ist dann auf der Homepage des Unternehmens unter https://www.singulus.com/de/finanzberichte/ abrufbar.
