EQS-Ad-hoc: Your Family Entertainment AG / Schlagwort(e): Kapitalmaßnahme Am 29. November 2024 hatte der Vorstand der Your Family Entertainment AG im Rahmen einer Ad-hoc-Mitteilung angekündigt, eine neue Kapitalerhöhung im Umfang von bis zu 10 % des Grundkapitals unter Ausschluss des Bezugsrechts der Aktionäre durchzuführen und die neuen Aktien der Gesellschaft Ascent Capital bzw. deren Gesellschaft Spirit of the Game, a Series of Ascent Productions LP zum Erwerb anzubieten. Der genannte Investor hatte die Kapitalerhöhung gezeichnet. Die Kapitalerhöhung sollte bis spätestens bis Ende April 2025 durchgeführt worden sein. Der Investor ist seiner Verpflichtung zur Einzahlung der Eigenkapitalmittel nicht nachgekommen. Daher haben Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat heute beschlossen, die Kapitalerhöhung mit heutigem Datum ohne Kapitaleinzahlung zu beenden.
