Potsdam, Deutschland, 7. Mai 2025 – Die Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG („Gesellschaft“) (ISIN: DE000A14KRD3 | WKN: A14KRD | Börsenkürzel: DKG) hat heute einen ersten Arbeitsstand der Sanierungsplanung von der mit der Erstellung des Sanierungsgutachtens beauftragten FTI-Andersch AG erhalten. Die Sanierungsplanung soll nun im Einzelnen mit den relevanten Gläubigern weiter diskutiert werden. Die aktuelle Planung zur nachhaltigen Sanierung der Gesellschaft sieht bis Ende 2027 Objektveräußerungen mit Verkaufserlösen im Volumen von EUR 350 bis 450 Mio. vor. Die Gesellschaft erwartet, dass sich die Sanierungsverhandlungen über Ende Mai 2025 hinziehen werden und ist hierzu in Gesprächen über den Abschluss bzw. die Verlängerung von Stillhaltevereinbarungen.
