DEFAMA kauft Fachmarktzentrum mit PV-Anlage in Bayern
• Fachmarktzentrum in Elsenfeld erworben • Jährliche Erträge von rund 180 T€ • Mieter sind Fressnapf und Takko Die Deutsche Fachmarkt AG (DEFAMA) hat ein Fachmarktzentrum in Elsenfeld (Bayern) mit vermietbaren Flächen von rund 1.400 qm erworben. Langjährige Mieter des voll vermieteten Objekts sind Fressnapf und Takko. Ferner ist auf dem Dach eine Photovoltaik-Anlage installiert. Die jährlichen Erträge belaufen sich insgesamt auf rund 180 T€. Der saldierte Kaufpreis für die Immobilie einschließlich Photovoltaik-Anlage beträgt 1,7 Mio. €. Elsenfeld liegt 15 km südlich von Aschaffenburg. Das Objekt ist Teil einer großen Einzelhandelsagglomeration. Direkt benachbart sind LIDL, TEDi und KiK. Daneben finden sich unter anderem ALDI, dm-Drogerie, Fristo Getränke, Ernsting’s family, ein Jawoll-Markt und eine Tankstelle im gleichen Areal. Das Portfolio der DEFAMA umfasst nunmehr 92 Standorte mit mehr als 320.000 qm Nutzfläche, die zu 95% vermietet sind. Zu den größten Mietern zählen ALDI, EDEKA, Kaufland, LIDL, Netto, Penny, REWE, DM, Rossmann, Getränke Hoffmann, JYSK, ACTION, AWG, Deichmann, KiK, Takko, TEDi und toom.
