September 2025: Green Valley Investments Ltd., UK wird sich an plugilo Inc., einer mehrheitlich von der DCI Database for Commerce and Industrie AG gehaltenen Gesellschaft in den USA, beteiligen. Entsprechende Verträge wurden unterzeichnet. Die Beteiligung erfolgt auf Basis einer Unternehmensbewertung der plugilo Inc. in Höhe von 50 Mio. USD und wird sowohl Kapital- als auch technologiebezogene Leistungen umfassen. Die Beteiligung erfolgt in einem Umfang von bis zu 10 Mio. USD.
