Konkrete Gespräche über eine Beteiligung an der plugilo Inc.
Starnberg, den 28. September 2025:
Die Beteiligungsgesellschaft der DCI Database for Commerce and Industrie AG in den USA, die plugilo Inc., befindet sich aktuell in konkreten Gesprächen über eine strategische Beteiligung durch Green Valley Investments Ltd., UK.
Die Beteiligung soll auf Basis einer geplanten Unternehmensbewertung von 50 Mio. USD erfolgen und sowohl Kapital- als auch technologiebezogene Leistungen umfassen.
Ziel der Partnerschaft ist es, den Ausbau der Plattform, die Skalierung des operativen Geschäfts sowie die internationale Expansion von plugilo Inc. zu beschleunigen. Die vorgesehene Beteiligung ist Bestandteil einer langfristigen Finanzierungsstrategie und soll schrittweise umgesetzt werden.
