EQS-Adhoc: freenet AG: Anhebung der Prognosen für EBITDA und Free Cashflow aufgrund des einmaligen Verkaufs von IP-Adressen

Dezember 2024 – Die freenet AG (ISIN: DE000A0Z2ZZ5) gibt bekannt, die Prognosen für die finanziellen Leistungskennzahlen EBITDA und Free Cashflow für das laufende Geschäftsjahr 2024 aufgrund des Verkaufs von IP-Adressen anzuheben. Die Prognose für das EBITDA wird auf 515 bis 530 Mio. EUR (bisher: 500 bis 515 Mio. EUR) und die Prognose für den Free Cashflow wird auf 285 bis 300 Mio. EUR (bisher: 270 bis 285 Mio. EUR) angehoben. Die Erhöhung der Prognosen für EBITDA und Free Cashflow resultieren aus dem Verkauf von für den Betrieb des eigenen Datenzentrums nicht mehr benötigten IP-Adressen für einen Gesamtbetrag von ca. 32 Mio. EUR, welcher der Gesellschaft in zwei Tranchen (2024: ca. 18 Mio. EUR; 2025: ca. 14 Mio. EUR) zufließen wird. Der Verkaufserlös wird in Anlehnung an diese Tranchen realisiert und ist dem Geschäftssegment Sonstige/Holding zuzuordnen. Ende der Insiderinformation
