Sassenberg, 12. Februar 2025 - Dem Vorstand der technotrans SE liegen mit dem heutigen Tag die vorläufigen und noch nicht testierten Zahlen für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 vor. Im 4. Quartal 2024 hat der technotrans-Konzern auf Basis vorläufiger Zahlen einen Konzernumsatz in Höhe von 62,5 Mio. € bei einer Konzern-EBIT-Marge von 7,6 % erzielt und damit die Performance gegenüber den Vorquartalen des Geschäftsjahres 2024 nochmals deutlich gesteigert. Für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 ergibt sich hieraus ein vorläufiger Konzernumsatz in Höhe von 238,1 Mio. € bei einer vorläufigen Konzern-EBIT-Marge von 5,2 % sowie ein vorläufiger ROCE von 11,8 %. In der Konzern-EBIT-Marge wurden temporäre Aufwendungen für Abfindungen und die Neuorganisation in Höhe von 2,1 Mio. € verarbeitet. Ohne diese Aufwendungen hätte technotrans im Geschäftsjahr 2024 eine Konzern-EBIT-Marge von 6,0 % erzielt. Der vorläufige Konzernumsatz sowie die vorläufige Konzern-EBIT-Marge liegen damit leicht unter der aktuellen Prognose für das Geschäftsjahr 2024, die einen Konzernumsatz am unteren Ende der Bandbreite von 245 Millionen € bis 270 Millionen € bei einer Konzern-EBIT-Marge am unteren Ende der Spanne von 5,5 % bis 7,5 % vorsieht. Zudem unterschreitet der vorläufige ROCE die aktuelle Prognose, die am unteren Ende der Bandbreite zwischen 14,0 % und 16,0% liegt. Ausschlaggebend für die Entwicklung waren unerwartete, konjunkturbedingt geringere Abrufe seitens der Kunden insbesondere im Dezember 2024.
