Anleihe 2025/2030: Sehr hohe Nachfrage
Das am 27. Oktober 2025 gestartete öffentliche Angebot für die 5. Anleihe der Deutsche Rohstoff AG mit einem Kupon von 6% stößt auf eine außerordentlich starke Nachfrage. Bereits in den ersten Tagen der Zeichnungsphase übersteigt die Gesamtnachfrage das Zielvolumen. Angesichts dieser hohen Nachfrage ist eine Beendigung der Zeichnungsphase wahrscheinlich, voraussichtlich bereits zeitnah in der kommenden Woche. Laufzeitbeginn und Notierungsaufnahme der Anleihe im Freiverkehr der Frankfurter Börse wird unverändert am 13. November 2025 stattfinden. Begleitet wird die Emission von der Montega Markets GmbH als vertraglich gebundenem Vermittler der Wolfgang Steubing AG Wertpapierdienstleister, Frankfurt am Main als Sole Lead Manager und Sole Lead Bookrunner.
