Aktienrückkaufprogramm vorzeitig abgeschlossen
Die Deutsche Rohstoff AG hat das aktuelle Aktienrückkaufprogramm abgeschlossen. Der ursprünglich bis zum 21. April 2027 terminierte Rückkauf im Gesamtwert von rund 7,5 Mio. EUR konnte damit bereits innerhalb von weniger als dreieinhalb Monaten und damit erneut vorzeitig umgesetzt werden. Insgesamt wurden 83.306 Aktien mit einem Durchschnittskurs von 90,03 EUR zurückgekauft. Die Gesamtzahl der dividendenberechtigten Aktien sinkt damit um rund 1,7% auf 4.706.735 Stück. Die zurückgekauften Aktien werden in den kommenden Wochen eingezogen. Gemäß Beschluss der Hauptversammlung 2022 ist der Vorstand ermächtigt, bis zu 10% der Aktien zurückzukaufen. Bereits in 2024 waren 109.700 Aktien im Rahmen des Rückkaufprogramms 2024 und in 2025 im Rahmen des Rückkaufprogramms 2025 105.697 erworben und anschließend eingezogen worden. Kumuliert wurden damit rund 6,1% der Aktien zurückgekauft. Jan-Philipp Weitz, CEO der Deutsche Rohstoff AG, sagte: „Mit dem zügigen Abschluss des Aktienrückkaufs setzen wir unsere disziplinierte Kapitalallokation konsequent fort. Durch die Einziehung erhöht sich der rechnerische Anteil jeder verbleibenden Aktie am Unternehmen. Aktienrückkäufe und Dividenden bilden damit weiterhin eine wirkungsvolle Kombination, um unsere Aktionäre am Unternehmenserfolg zu beteiligen. Vor diesem Hintergrund werden wir auch künftig weitere Aktienrückkaufprogramme prüfen.“ Mannheim, 3. August 2026
