Der Aufsichtsrat der DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG (ISIN: DE000A0XFSF0) („DEMIRE“ oder „Gesellschaft“) hat heute Herrn Frank Nickel als Vorsitzenden und Mitglied des Vorstands der Gesellschaft bestellt und die Bestellung von Herrn Prof. Dr. Alexander Goepfert als Vorsitzenden und Mitglied des Vorstands der Gesellschaft mit sofortiger Wirkung widerrufen. Herr Frank Nickel war bereits seit September 2023 als Senior Advisor für die DEMIRE tätig und hat langjährige Erfahrungen in der Branche, u.a. mit Stationen bei CA Immobilien Anlagen AG und Cushman & Wakefield. Der Vorstand der DEMIRE ist damit besetzt mit Herrn Frank Nickel, Herrn Tim Brückner und Herrn Ralf Bongers.
