Northern Data Group gibt Verkauf ihrer historischen Beteiligung an Lancium Inc. bekannt
Frankfurt – 7. November 2025 – Die Northern Data AG (ETR: NB2) (“Northern Data Group” oder “Northern Data”), hat heute den Verkauf ihrer historischen Beteiligung an Lancium Inc. für einen Gesamterlös von USD 30 Mio. bekanntgegeben. Die Beteiligung an Lancium Inc. wurde 2020 mit Anschaffungskosten in Höhe von EUR 1,4 Mio. ausgewiesen (USD 1,7 Mio.).
