Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG Annette Geiß beendet CFO-Mandat vertragsgemäß zum Jahresende Hamburg, 30. April 2026 | Die Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA) gibt bekannt, dass Finanzvorständin Annette Geiß entschieden hat, ihre zum 31. Dezember 2026 endende Amtszeit als Vorstandsmitglied nicht zu verlängern. Seit ihrem Eintritt in den Vorstand hat Annette Geiß die Finanzfunktion des Unternehmens entscheidend weiterentwickelt und insbesondere in einer Phase struktureller Veränderungen wichtige Impulse gesetzt. Dazu zählen die professionelle Begleitung der Anpassungen in der Gesellschafterstruktur, die vorausschauende Steuerung kapitalmarktrelevanter Themen sowie die erfolgreiche Einführung von SAP S/4HANA und die damit einhergehende Digitalisierung der Finanzfunktionen im Unternehmen. Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat danken ihr für ihre hohe fachliche Expertise, ihre klare Kommunikation gegenüber Stakeholdern und die stets vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit. Annette Geiß wird ihre Aufgaben bis zum Vertragsende unverändert wahrnehmen und die geordnete Übergabe sicherstellen.
