Fair Value REIT-AG mit Vermietungserfolg in Langenfeld Langen, 14. November 2023 – Die Fair Value REIT-AG (WKN/ISIN A0MW97/DE000A0MW975), eine Tochtergesellschaft der DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG (ISIN DE000A0XFSF0), hat rund 3.200 m² Produktionsfläche an den Saugbagger-Hersteller RSP Germany im rheinischen Langenfeld vermietet. Die Vermietung erfolgt im Rahmen einer Neuansiedlung des international tätigen Spezialherstellers am Standort südlich von Düsseldorf. Der Mietvertrag läuft über fünf Jahre und begann Anfang November 2023. Das Objekt in Langenfeld verfügt über eine Gesamtmietfläche von rund 11.000 m², die sich im Industriegebiet für Produktion und Büro eignet und über eine gute Anbindung an die Autobahn A3 verfügt.
