Advanced Blockchain AG plant die Durchführung der Hauptversammlung in physischem Format in Frankfurt im August 2025 Berlin, 4. April 2025 – Die Advanced Blockchain AG (“ABAG”, Scale Frankfurt, Primärmarkt Düsseldorf, XETRA: ISIN DE000A0M93V6), ein führender Inkubator und Investor in der Blockchain-Industrie, plant die ordentliche Hauptversammlung 2025 als Präsenzveranstaltung für den 19. August 2025 im Blockchain Center der Frankfurt School of Finance and Management in Frankfurt am Main. Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat freuen sich über eine rege Teilnahme und den persönlichen Austausch mit den Aktionärinnen und Aktionären. Des Weiteren hat die Gesellschaft den Wechsel des Buchhalters bei der Tochtergesellschaft Incredulous Labs erfolgreich vollzogen. Die Jahresabschlussprüfung schreitet zügig und mit hoher Priorität voran. Zudem hat ABAG wesentliche Fortschritte bei der Aufarbeitung vergangener Geschäftsvorfälle erzielt. Diese betreffen insbesondere Vorgänge im Zusammenhang mit der Tochtergesellschaft Incredulous Labs, der Übernahme der FinPro AG sowie weitere Geschäftsvorfälle unter dem ehemaligen Vorstand. Um Kapitalmarktteilnehmer über die aktuellen Entwicklungen zu informieren, lädt der Vorstand der Advanced Blockchain AG am 15. April 2025 zu einem Investor Call ein. Hier wird das Management auch über aktuelle organisatorische und strategische Maßnahmen berichten. Darüber hinaus informiert die Gesellschaft, dass das Aufsichtsratsmitglied Herr T. Jakobi den Vorstand und den Aufsichtsrat über die Niederlegung seines Mandates informiert hat. So besteht der Aufsichtsrat seit April aus vier Mitgliedern.
