Advanced Blockchain AG nimmt Stellung zum Vorbehaltsurteil des Landgerichts Frankfurt am Main Berlin, 12. Dezember 2025 – Die Advanced Blockchain AG nimmt das vom Landgericht Frankfurt am Main am 5. Dezember 2025 verkündete Vorbehaltsurteil im Rahmen der Gehaltsklage eines vorherigen Vorstands zur Kenntnis. Im Rahmen der Sicherung der Aktionärsinteressen ist es die Aufgabe der Gesellschaft und ihrer Organe, Ansprüche Dritter gegebenenfalls zu prüfen und juristisch einwerten zu lassen. Das Urteil ist vorläufig ohne Beweisaufnahme im reinen Urkundenprozess ergangen und es handelt sich ausdrücklich nicht um eine abschließende Entscheidung. Zudem betreffen die gerichtlichen Feststellungen ausschließlich Vergütungsfragen und keine inhaltliche Bewertung früherer Geschäftsvorfälle.
Als Ergebnis der abgeschlossenen forensischen und bilanziellen Aufarbeitung hat die Advanced Blockchain AG Schadenersatzforderungen gegen frühere Führungskräfte sowie externe Geschäftspartner in mehreren Jurisdiktionen vorbereitet bzw. eingereicht.
