Advanced Blockchain AG: Mathias Roch zum neuen Vorsitzenden des Aufsichtsrats gewählt Berlin, 2. September 2026 – Die Advanced Blockchain AG („ABAG“, Scale Frankfurt, Primärmarkt Düsseldorf, XETRA, ISIN DE000A0M93V6) gibt bekannt, dass der Aufsichtsrat der Gesellschaft Mathias Roch zum neuen Vorsitzenden des Aufsichtsrats gewählt hat. Mit der Wahl von Mathias Roch zum Vorsitzenden des Aufsichtsrats erfolgt ein Wechsel innerhalb des Gremiums. Rüdiger Andreas Günther, der seit August 2023 den Vorsitz innehatte, übergibt das Amt und bleibt Mitglied des Gremiums. Mathias Roch ist seit September 2025 Mitglied des Aufsichtsrats. Mathias Roch ist Unternehmer und Investor mit über 30 Jahren Führungserfahrung. Er hat die Roch Group zu einem europäischen Marktführer für nachhaltige Infrastruktur-Services aufgebaut. Seit 2013 ist er als Business Angel aktiv, mit Fokus auf Blockchain und digitale Vermögenswerte, insbesondere in Österreich. Darüber hinaus ist er Gründungsmitglied der German Federal Association for Street Lighting, Masts and Infrastructure, hält mehrere technische Patente und ist in verschiedenen Gremien tätig, unter anderem als Gründer und Aufsichtsrat bei der Blockchain Investor AG (Deutschland). Zum stellvertretenden Aufsichtsratsvorsitzenden wurde Andreas Appelhagen gewählt. Andreas Appelhagen ist selbständiger Investor und bei der Advanced Blockchain AG sowohl Aktionär, Gläubiger als auch Projektpartner. Diese personelle Veränderung erfolgt im Nachgang der jüngsten Hauptversammlung vom 27. August 2026. Im Rahmen der Hauptversammlung wurden alle Beschlüsse mit deutlicher Mehrheit von den Aktionären verabschiedet. Dazu zählte auch die Genehmigung sämtlicher Kapitalia.
