Readcrest Capital verschiebt die Veröffentlichung des geprüften Konzernabschlusses auf Mitte Mai 2026 – Verkauf des britischen Pflegeheimgeschäfts erfordert angepasste Darstellung Hamburg, 23. April 2026 – Die Readcrest Capital AG („Gesellschaft“, DE000A0LE3J1; WKN A0LE3J) informiert ihre Aktionäre, dass sich die Veröffentlichung des geprüften Konzernabschlusses für das Geschäftsjahr 2025 verschiebt. Der geprüfte Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wird wie geplant am 30. April 2026 veröffentlicht; der geprüfte Konzernabschluss folgt voraussichtlich am 21. Mai 2026. Hintergrund der Verschiebung ist eine erfreuliche Entwicklung: Der erfolgreiche Verkauf des Pflegeheimgeschäfts in Großbritannien, der am 17. April 2026 abgeschlossen wurde. Aufgrund dieser Transaktion sind die betroffenen Gesellschaften im Konzernabschluss als aufgegebener Geschäftsbereich auszuweisen. Das bedeutet, dass ihre Ergebnisbeiträge gesondert dargestellt und die Vorjahreszahlen entsprechend angepasst werden müssen, damit Aktionäre und Investoren die Entwicklung des fortzuführenden Geschäfts klar erkennen können. Diese zusätzlichen Arbeiten sowie deren sorgfältige Prüfung benötigen etwas mehr Zeit. Für das operative Geschäft und die Finanzlage der Gesellschaft ergeben sich daraus keinerlei Veränderungen. Die Verschiebung ist rein technischer Natur und kein Hinweis auf inhaltliche Themen im Abschluss.
