Readcrest Capital veröffentlicht geprüften Konzernabschluss 2025 am 24. Juni 2026 – Verkauf des britischen Pflegeheimgeschäfts erfordert angepasste Darstellung Hamburg, 20. Mai 2026 – Die Readcrest Capital AG („Gesellschaft", DE000A0LE3J1; WKN A0LE3J) informiert ihre Aktionäre, dass der geprüfte Konzernabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2025 am 24. Juni 2026 – und nicht, wie zuvor kommuniziert, am 21. Mai 2026, veröffentlicht wird. Der geprüfte Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde wie geplant am 30. April 2026 veröffentlicht. Hintergrund ist der am 17. April 2026 erfolgreich abgeschlossene Verkauf des britischen Pflegeheimgeschäfts – ein strategischer Meilenstein für die Gesellschaft. Die daraus resultierende Darstellung als aufgegebener Geschäftsbereich nach IFRS 5, einschließlich der Anpassung der Vorjahresvergleichszahlen, ermöglicht Aktionären und Investoren eine klare Sicht auf das fortzuführende Geschäft und dessen Entwicklungspotenzial. Die Gesellschaft nimmt sich die hierfür erforderliche Zeit, um diese transparente Darstellung mit der gebotenen Sorgfalt umzusetzen. Auf das operative Geschäft und die Finanzlage der fortzuführenden Aktivitäten hat dies keine Auswirkungen. Am 8.
