Readcrest Capital baut in Schwerin 100 Wohnungen – Baustart voraussichtlich im ersten Quartal 2027 Hamburg, 13. April, 2026 – Die Readcrest Capital AG (“Gesellschaft,” DE000A0LE3J1; WKN A0LE3J) realisiert ein weiteres Projekt aus der Insolvenzmasse der AOC | Die Stadtentwickler GmbH („AOC“): Ein Grundstück von ca. 10.000 qm in Schwerin, für das unter dem Projektnamen „Quartier am Zoo“ bereits eine Baugenehmigung für 100 Wohnungen mit einer Mietfläche von ca. 8.000 qm vorliegt. Die Landeshauptstadt Mecklenburg-Vorpommerns hat sich zu einem aufstrebenden Wirtschafts- und Wohnstandort entwickelt und genießt den Vorzug, neben der Etablierung als Bildungszentrum mit vier Hochschulen, auch zum Wirtschaftsraum der Metropolregion Hamburg zu gehören. Die Projektentwicklung zeichnet sich durch ihre grüne Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Schweriner Innensee und Zippendorfer Strand aus. Die Umsetzung wird im Standard KfW 40 QNG erfolgen und eine DGNB-Zertifizierung in „Gold“ aufweisen. Die Gesellschaft rechnet damit, den Bau im ersten Quartal 2027 zu beginnen.
