Cancellation of the bonds held by the Company

Hamburg, December 16, 2024 - alstria office REIT-AG (symbol: AOX, ISIN: DE000A0LD2U1) ("alstria" or the "Company") announces that the management board has decided today to cancel the bonds currently held by the Company.

 

Of the bond issued by alstria on November 15, 2017 with an aggregate principal amount of EUR 350,000,000.00 (the "2017 Bond") (ISIN: XS1717584913; WKN: A2GSE1), an amount of EUR 38,600,000.00 is currently held by the Company. After cancellation, EUR 311,400,000.00 of the 2017 Bond will remain outstanding and mature on November 15, 2027.

 

Of the bond issued by alstria on September 26, 2019 with an aggregate principal amount of EUR 400,000,000.00 (the "2019 Bond") (ISIN: XS2053346297, WKN: A2YPFE), an amount of EUR 64,800,000.00 is currently held by the Company. After cancellation, EUR 335,200,000.00 of the 2019 bond will remain outstanding and will mature on September 26, 2025.

 

Of the bond issued by alstria on June 23, 2020 with an aggregate principal amount of EUR 350,000,000.00 (the "2020 Bond") (ISIN: XS2191013171, WKN: A3E44Q), an amount of EUR 15,900,000.00 is currently held by the Company. After cancellation, EUR 334,100,000.00 of the 2020 Bond will remain outstanding and will mature on June 23, 2026.

 

The cancellation of these bonds is expected to be effective by end of the year.

 

The cancellations have no impact on alstria’s IFRS financial results.
