UET United Electronic Technology AG (aconnic) (ISIN: DE000A0LBKW6), Eschborn, lädt Aktionäre und Investoren zu einer Videokonferenz am Freitag, den 15. Dezember 2023 um 11.00 Uhr ein. Im Mittelpunkt der Investorenveranstaltung stehen die aktuelle Markt- und Geschäftsentwicklung beim Bau von Telekommunikationsnetzwerken sowie Ziele und Pläne für den neuen Geschäftsbereich Carbon Capturing und Bio-Energy und die damit getätige Akquisition und Investitionen in Ghana. Die UET AG wird in weiterer Folge zu ihrer Hauptversammlung am 29. Februar 2024 einladen. Wie vorgesehen erfolgt dabei die Berichterstattung des Vorstands sowie die Beschlussfassung für die Geschäftsjahre 2021 und 2022. Die Einladung sowie Tagesordnung zur Hauptversammlung erfolgen fristgerecht.
