Nürnberg, 17.07.2025: Der Vorstand der Immovaria Real Estate AG wird mit sofortiger Wirkung um Herrn Nico Lange erweitert. Er wird den bisheriger Alleinvorstand Herrn Marcel Holz bei der strategischen und operativen Leitung der Gesellschaft umfassend unterstützen. Herr Lange ist Jurist und war in der Vergangenheit bereits langjähriges Vorstandsmitglied der Immovaria Real Estate AG, verfügt somit über umfassende Expertise in der Immobilienwirtschaft. Die Einarbeitung von Herrn Lange wird unverzüglich stattfinden. Wir wünschen Herrn Lange viel Erfolg bei der neuen Herausforderung. Über die Immovaria Real Estate AG Die Immovaria Real Estate AG ist eine Immobilien- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft mit Fokus auf Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien in Deutschland. Das Unternehmen fokussiert sich auf Kauf und Entwicklung sowie den Weiterverkauf von überwiegend lastenfreien Immobilien mit Optimierungspotenzial. Es werden hierbei Investitionsvolumen zwischen 3 Mio. EUR und 10 Mio. EUR angestrebt, da dieses Marktsegment für institutionelle Investoren typischerweise zu klein und für private Kapitalanleger zu groß ist. Die Aktien der Gesellschaft werden im Qualitätssegment m:access der Börse München gehandelt.
